API MEMBERS CODE OF CONDUCT
The API Community Bowls Club recognises the importance of a Code of Conduct.
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to describe the standards of behaviour and general conduct expected from its Members and Guests when participating in, or attending API Regional Days, the Annual Bowls Carnival and any API function while in their dealings with host club officials, employees, volunteers and the general public.
Compliance:
API Members and Guests are to treat all of the above with respect and courtesy, free from:
Intimidation – Bullying – Harrassment of any type – Discrimination – Victimisation
Failure to comply with these standards will result in disciplinary action.
Addressing Misconduct:
API Community Bowls Club expects cooperation from its Members and Guests at all times. Steps that will be taken to address problems of misconduct may include written or verbal communication clearly defining the misconduct which led to the action taken and/or suspension of membership.
