After a fantastic week of bowling at the Echuca Bowling Club and the Moama Bowls Club, the API Community Bowls Club Inc. celebrated at the beautiful Venue Room at the Moama Bowls Club.
Our members enjoyed the week beginning with a welcome dinner on Sunday night at the Echuca Bowling Club. What a great meal we all enjoyed while catching up with friends and meeting new members for the first time. A great way to begin our week!!
Onto bowling on Monday and Tuesday where things were a little different this year. Our men members played at Echuca Bowling Cub while our ladies bowled the entire four days at Moama Bowls Club. On Thursday and Friday the men joined the ladies at the Moama Bowls Club to complete their competition. The reason for this change in the way we operated this year was due to the larger number of male participants. We were unable to accommodate all of the players together at Echuca Bowling Club. Oh well they say variety is the spice of life!!!
Thanks to all who participated, thanks to the substitutes from Echuca Bowling Club and Moama Bowls Club (we wouldn’t be able to do it without you). Also many thanks to the supporters who came and enjoyed the week also, we really do appreciate the support.
